Coaching Services

With over 20 years of experience, we have seen most relapses occur in the first 9 months of sobriety.  The reason is simple...the patterns that were learned in addiction need to be broken and a new set of skills needs to be learned.  That is the foundation of what we do!  Our programs are not just about staying sober but, also about living a productive life with purpose, free of addiction.

The Workout

Without a structured approach 90% of those in recovery will relapse. Like with most things, training is everything. The best investment you can make after Treatment is to have a game plan. This is the framework for success.

The Practice

Practice is learning new patterns. In this phase, we will introduce and incorporate the Education, Fitness and Faith components to a successful recovery.

The Game

At this point we are ready to get back in the game. This is the “Life’s in Session” phase. All of what we have learned will be incorporated into a targeted plan for success. We will introduce individual counseling dealing with family dynamics as we grow in our sobriety.

Navigating legal issues caused by addiction is one of the most important and necessary processes in recovery, and it can go a long way in ensuring that post-recovery life is enjoyed to its fullest.

Counseling

With the right coping skills, supportive strategies and interpersonal tools the individual and/or family can actually serve as a great source of support for the individual struggling with addiction.

Most importantly, you can gain your self-confidence back, learn to rise from your pain, be able to set boundaries and become mentally and physically healthy. You can gain the ability to become resilient and able to help others who have walked in your shoes! There is hope!
